FinTech Leader in Ghana
Whatever the amount of cash you carry with you, it might not always be enough to cover all the transactions you wish to do, therefore having an eWallet has been the best way possible for any transaction you want to do. As well as keeping an eye on your cash flow report regularly, unlike credit cards.
Recently, WasilaDev developed an e-wallet application to one of its partners in Ghana. MySika company is a finance technology company.
They are seeking to cope up with the government changes nowadays in Ghana. As the government is changing all cash transactions into cashless ones.
The first version of the application; allows the users to:
- Load their wallet using Mobile Money.
- Pay for utility bills.
- Top up their phones, and buy data.
- TV subscription bills.
- Transfer money between the app users.
- Transfer money to others by mobile money service.
During the last meeting, that was held in Cape Coast, Ghana at the end of May 2018. WasilaDev and MySika teams had a review on delivering the best user experience to the app users, and came up with some features that will make users life easier for the next release.
It’s expected that the next version of the e-wallet app will allow new kind of accounts, which is company accounts along with individual accounts. Which give the opportunities for companies to make all their money transactions within the app but with different user interface.
