✅ Job Description:
  • Serves as the primary point of escalation for clients and oversees the delivery of projects.
  • Plans, coordinates, and leads monthly client status update meetings, produces follow-up documentation and ensures client expectations are set and met on a daily basis.
  • Manages client strategy and its implementation by the team.
  • Leads internal team on assignment and execution.
  • Manages creative strategy and production, working closely with an internal team as well as external vendors.
  • Works closely with the client’s marketing department, leading up to the launch of the client's product or service, and ensure continuous operations.
  • Monitors, analyses, and project delivery on a weekly basis to meet established KPIs, including Social Media channel fan count, data acquisition, and consumer engagement metrics.
  • Accurately estimates time and production costs, using the job-tracking tool to monitor internal hours, and works closely with external vendors to determine and monitor deliverable costs
  • Manages content and visuals quality and timely delivery
